Whether you are a beginner or are wanting to further develop your sound engineering skills, our sound education courses will fit your needs. Our 6 week Level 1 course can take you from beginner to having enough knowledge to be a paid sound engineer. The Level 2 course will enhance those skills to make you a professional in the industry and if you go to Level 3, then watch out world because you will be amongst the best in town.
Our courses are tailored for a students age 16 and up with no more than 4 students per class. Students will receive real time training at venues mixing bands. One on one courses available by request. Contact us for more information.

We are so proud of the level 1 graduate students. They are already running sound all over town for some of our top bands and doing a fantastic job. These young minds are like sponges and we are lucky to have them. Aside from being talented sound engineers, they are also becoming great musicians and song writers. I would like to thank all of the hard-working sound guys that have helped us in guiding and educating them as well as the musical community for being so supportive and accepting. Our goal is to provide the Austin musicians with the best possible sound treatment going forward. You must be at least 16 years old for enrollment. The sooner they start their journey the better off we will all be. There are plenty of family friendly venues for those underage students to mix in aside from our Monday Night Open Mic nights at The Mill Bar & Grill in which students will be mixing after completing their first class.
